Nikki Gledhill

CEO & Creative Director

Nikki Gledhill, Founder of MBG International Design, LLC, graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Interior Design. She brings extensive global knowledge of luxury interiors and art history to every aircraft interior design project.

After graduation, Nikki launched her career in the high-end luxury aviation market at a leading aircraft interior design and modification center. There, she advanced to Senior Interior Designer and led decorative styling and material selection for in-house aircraft interior design programs. In addition, she worked closely with private jet, VVIP, and head-of-state clients.

Through extensive international travel, Nikki collaborated with top executives and global vendors. As a result, she developed deep expertise in premium craftsmanship, bespoke finishes, and high-end aviation materials. These experiences ultimately inspired her to establish MBG International Design, LLC in 2009.

Majed Ali Alghamdi

Director, Technical Programs & Services

Majed is a seasoned aviation professional with more than three decades of experience across the private, legacy, and low-cost carrier sectors. His expertise spans both technical operations and regulatory compliance, providing a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry.

His career includes senior leadership roles such as Director of Quality, Director of Compliance, Engineering Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager, supported by a strong foundation in engineering and operational oversight.

Raquel Lloret

Director, Cabin Training

Raquel is a Multilingual Luxury Hospitality Professional with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Aviation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivering exceptional service within high-end and VIP environments. Professionally trained at The British Butler School in London, internationally recognized for its excellence in luxury hospitality and private service standards.

Service Excellence Trainer and Etiquette Consultant, holding a Master’s Degree (MA) in Etiquette and International Protocol, along with a Train-the-Trainer Certification awarded with Distinction at The English Manner in London. Known for upholding the highest standards of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, discretion, and service excellence in demanding, multicultural environments.

Raquel specializes in Service Excellence Training and Etiquette Consultancy, delivering high-quality programs tailored to luxury hospitality, corporate aviation, and high-profile service environments.
